New property clients for White Space

NEW PROPERTY CLIENTS FOR WHITE SPACE

Exciting times are ahead for our Property arm after coming out on top in
a five-way pitch to win a project for the Duke of Westminster's world-renowned property group, Grosvenor.

We'll be overhauling the existing website for Trumpington Meadows,
their latest 350-acre development, a sustainable urban extension on the South West of Cambridge. The scheme will provide 1,200 homes, a new primary school, village centre and 150-acre country park - 80% open space, 20% new homes. Work began in 2009 and is expected to be completed in phases up to 2016.

The redesigned website will be the main marketing tool for this impressive new development so there's a lot riding on its success!

Grosvenor are active in some of the world's most dynamic destinations, helping to create attractive and vibrant cities in which people want to live and work. They actively manage a portfolio of properties across 300 acres of Belgravia and Mayfair, typified by classic architecture with luxurious, contemporary interiors.

Our Account Director, Will (pictured), had this to say:

"Grosvenor are an outstanding addition to our existing portfolio of property clients. We're hoping to strike up a long-term relationship with them, and it's great to be working with such a big-league client who's so open to ideas."

Another recent win, Banner Homes, have now used us for 3 projects, and really seem to appreciate the service and quality of our design. It sits perfectly with their own premium product.

We're also working with Novus Homes on a new corporate website, a brochure for their new development, as well as updating their logo and brand.

"White Space are a great company to work with. They're pro-active and have a thorough understanding of property marketing, which is reflected in their exceptional design work. We couldn't ask for a better partner to complement our premium brand."

We'll also be supplying touch screens for Crest Nicholson's Ingress Park development, and we're about to pitch for a new Higgins Homes project.

And last but by no means least, we're very excited to be in advanced talks to design a corporate website for another premium developer, Explore Living (part of the Laing O'Rourke Group). So all in all, it's shaping up to be a busy year!

We wouldn't have it any other way.
