OH CRUMBS, DM!

That's right, I'm now a fully qualified Data Manager having recently completed the IDM Award in Data Management.

I won't bore you with too many details - let's face it, data isn't exactly the most exciting subject - but the award shows our commitment to safeguarding, and getting the best from, our clients' information and that of their customers.

So what did I learn? Well, for one thing, customer data is today's most valuable business asset - not to mention, a potential minefield if you don't know how to handle it - but our clients can now rest assured that their data is in safe hands!

I even get to use the honorific 'Award DM' after my name... I really must update my email signature.
