We decided that our reception, and the office in general, could do with a new look, so this year we've been giving it a bit of a makeover. We've each had an input into the look and feel, so it's exactly how we want it to be. We've even done the painting and decorating ourselves (out of office hours!), as we want it to be completely ours.
