We are proud to be part of the opening of four new GoApe courses – including some in Wales and one in Scotland.
GoApe, which creates innovative giant tree top adventure courses, has gone from strength to strength since they opened their first site in Thetford in 2002.
The adrenalin pumping courses consist of ladders, bridges, tunnels and zip lines, built in the canopy of the forests.
Go Ape encourages people to take on a challenge, get out of their comfort zones and just have fun. One of the fastest growing companies in the UK, there are now 27 courses around the country and they are now looking to expand internationally.
We were recently appointed to develop a series of fly posters and to create the material for door dropping to residents in areas around the new venues.
Whilst the door drop leaflets made use of a more tried and tested approach to promoting the new courses, the newly designed posters supported a bolder line of attack much more in keeping with the outgoing personalities of the GoApe team.
With the posters telling people to keep their eyes peeled being pasted in the evening across the city, GoApe employees took to the streets of Edinburgh the following morning to promote the launch of the new Beecraigs course dressed as gorillas and a banana; a tactical marketing approach that certainly got them noticed.
Neil, (our Managing Director) said: “We are really enjoying working with such a pioneering and rapidly growing company.”
“It’s great to work with a company that is so brave and creative in its thinking and that doesn’t compromise on those beliefs.”
GoApe’s Emma Andrews said: “White Space Design has been really good to work with on this campaign, they were quick, they produced great creative and completely understood our brand and guidelines, I’m looking forward to working with them again on our next project.”
