DUNK'S LOVIN...

In true Duncan style I'm going to rebel a bit...

It's fallen upon yours truly to write something for the website this week - thanks for drawing up the roster, Rich - I swear it's like working with Mr Brittas sometimes! Actually it was my turn last week, but I was grumpy and didn't like anything, so there.

You're probably expecting some geeky digital designery gubbins, but I'm not going to write about my beloved Flash, Joomla!, HTML5, Drupal or even my frequent disqualification from Draw@4, but for a change I'm gonna be a bit serious and talk about another love of mine, football. Specifically, the recent resignation of Fabio Capello.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm in no way condoning anything that's led up to this latest plot twist, but I like the man's integrity. He's clearly somebody who stands by his beliefs and doesn't comply with the big wigs at the FA and their big pot of gold just because they tell him to. I personally would like to see them with the proverbial egg on their face.

But that's just my opinion, and to be fair, I'd prefer to see Harry in the job - even if I am a bit fond of the Lilywhites!

Luckily there are no such conflicts here and close communication throughout the agency means the eggs tend to only end up in the frying pan. (Are you allowed eggs on your Dukan Diet, Dunk?)

So I guess what I'm trying to say is not only do I like Fabio's integrity, but I also like White Space and the way we do things... and eggs. Can I get that pay rise now?
