The creative process is all about people, it's what makes it such an interesting subject. And encouraging open, positive relationships with everyone you come into contact with is vital.

Relationships like the one we have with Chris Reeve (no not the actor who played Superman!). We've been working with Chris for a few years now and he keeps coming up with the goods for us. Partly because he's a cracking photographer and partly because we keep on challenging him to give us something extra, so that we continue to get better.
